If you have a claim with your Texas Windstorm Insurance Association policy here are some suggestions:

Go to www.twia.org site and click on the "Claims" link. Read the "For Policyholders" section for helpfull information. Also click on the link for the "Claim Reporting Form"; http://www.twia.org/Portals/0/Documents/twia_loss_notice.doc . From this your will see the information needed to start your claim.

There are several options for reporting your claim. You may have the agent that sold you the policy (hopefully our agency) help you report the claim. Or you may report the claim directly to the T.W.I.A. at 800-788-8247. Another option is to fax the previously mentioned claim form to 512-899-4953.

Once your claim is reported an adjuster will be assigned to help you from there.
